As much as I want to choose myself too, I want to be more realistic (no offense) so I chose SUNG YURI due to their undeniable on screen CHEMISTRY in Hong Gil Dong (which can extend off screen, too). Recall that he personally chose SYR to be his leading lady in HGD so there must be "something". Hmm.. Besides they already have an adopted "child" - YI NOK, the Shih Tzu that Yuri gave to Ji Hwan on his bday last year.

Aww, Kang Ji hwan personally chose Sung Yuri to be his leading actress in HGD?? All the more to like about HGD! I'm really enjoying this show, but I've prepared myself for the sad ending

Yes, he personally chose Sung Yuri as his leading lady. He explained during the Hong Gil Dong Special that he was a fan of SYR since she was a member of the former Kpop group FinKL. He wanted to work with her especially that the making of HGD took 8 months.

You'll surely LOVE HGD even with the bitter sweet ending. It was quite realistic for me rather than a happy ever after ending given the situation they were in. Enjoy watching!

Actually, the KJH virus caught me while watching Capital Scandal... I mena it was quite a chock seeing him as a suave man after acting such an innocent and naive man in Fireworks...

I guess that's what a good actor does, truth to be told quite unsual for a Korean actor since they basicly play all the same roles...
